Court Adjourns to Deliberation Room in Manvel Grigoryan Case

The prosecutor in the case of former ECYC president Manvel Grigoryan requested the court to change Grigoryan's measure of restraint.

"As soon as we received that letter, we responded and requested the court to schedule an extraordinary session. In this case, considering that the issue pertains to whether his health condition is compatible with being held in a correctional facility, a question arises also regarding the measure of restraint," writes News.am.

Defense attorney Levon Baghdasaryan stated that the defense side supports the prosecutor's motion. The court has adjourned to the deliberation room.
