Seven Citizens Poisoned by Carbon Monoxide, Including Five Children
On January 13, the Republican Medical Center reported to the Artsakh police in Stepanakert that at 19:25 the same day, residents including 34-year-old I. V. and 37-year-old A. A. were admitted for carbon monoxide poisoning. Additionally, at 19:20, five children aged 8, 10, 10, 13, and 3, along with 10-year-old S. M., were admitted to the Arevik Children's Hospital.
According to the Artsakh police, it was determined that these individuals were poisoned by carbon monoxide emitted from a gas water heater in their home, specifically in the living room and kitchen, between the hours of 18:00 and 19:30. A forensic medical examination has been ordered, and the investigation is being conducted by the Stepanakert police.
