Yerevan resident Khachatur Mikayelyan has commented on the case of his lost passport on his Facebook page. He wrote: "Two months later, the situation remains the same. Today, I was summoned to the Shengavit investigative department. It turns out that during these two months, aside from the documents I provided, no other evidence has been attached to the case, no witnesses have been called to the department, and even the person issuing the loans has not been summoned or questioned even once. In my opinion, this is serious negligence. The fact is that this individual is still at large and can continue his criminal activities. I am just disappointed in our legal system."
