Tashir-Gyumri Highway Closed

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 13, at 09:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Tashir-Gyumri highway is closed. The Vardenyats Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar highway are difficult to traverse for all types of vehicles. There is black ice on the Sisian-Zanger highway.

In the Vayots Dzor region, it is snowing in the Saravan-Zanger section and in the Syunik region. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
