Negotiations on Libya Concluded in Moscow
Negotiations aimed at stabilizing the situation in Libya have concluded in Moscow. The talks lasted more than 7 hours, as reported by govoritmoskva.ru. The negotiations were mediated by Russia and Turkey.
The Prime Minister of the Libyan National Accord, Fayez al-Sarraj, and the commander of the Libyan National Army, Khalifa Haftar, arrived in Moscow to participate in the discussions. As a result, a document was signed. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that the signed document was received positively.
It is noteworthy that a discussion on the Libyan issue is scheduled to take place in Germany on January 19.
