Hrayr Tovmasyan Invited to the Special Investigative Service: Details
The President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been invited to the Special Investigative Service (SIS) today.
In a conversation with ArmDaily.am, the SIS did not deny the information but stated that they could not provide any comments.
Tovmasyan's lawyer, Amram Makinyan, mentioned in a discussion with the media that the law on the Constitutional Court includes specific regulations indicating that investigative actions conducted with a member of the Constitutional Court should be carried out in a manner that does not compromise the authority of the judiciary. In other words, these actions are expected to maintain a certain level of confidentiality.
