Noraire Panosyan, Protégé of Hrayr Tovmasyan, Arrested

Noraire Panosyan, a protégé of the President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been arrested. This decision was announced by Judge Gagik Poghosyan of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, who granted the motion of the preliminary investigation body.

It should be noted that on December 26, Panosyan's charges were modified, and he was presented with new charges under Article 308, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (abuse of official powers resulting in serious consequences due to negligence).
