Incident Reported: 'Let Him Degrade, He Must Degrade, Let Him Learn'

The newspaper 'Jhoghovurd' reports that an incident occurred between Robert Nazaryan, one of the heads of the Investigative Committee, and the deputy head of the service. The deputy head reportedly insulted the department head.

In connection with this, 'Jhoghovurd' spoke with the head of the Investigative Committee, Arthur Goyunyan. He commented, 'It may have been a boys' conversation; nothing extraordinary happened. It seems that there are some saboteurs who do not want these reforms to be implemented and who are trying to obstruct in various ways.'

We also discussed complaints about staff evaluations, where the leadership is accused of humiliating employees. 'If a person does not know their rights and responsibilities, let them degrade; they must degrade, let them learn. How do you imagine someone escorting a convict if they do not comprehend their own rights and responsibilities?' Goyunyan added.
