When Will It Snow, Oh Man, My Soul Will Be Free: Inquiries to Surenyans Regarding Snow
The head of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations Meteorological Service, Gagik Surenyans, wrote on his Facebook page: "Oh man, when will it snow, my soul will be free. Inquiries about snow are coming not only from children but also from their parents. On December 20th, at 07:00 in Aparan, it was +7 degrees, and in Dilijan, +12 degrees."
