Video: Criminal Investigators Discover Police Officer Selling Psychotropic Drugs

As a result of comprehensive operational-investigative measures undertaken by the police officers of the Mush department in the city of Gyumri, factual data has been obtained indicating that a senior inspector from the police's AWW Bavra department is selling psychotropic drugs.

Within the framework of the initiated criminal case, a search was conducted at the residence of a police major in Gyumri by court order. More than 150 psychotropic pills and blister packs were discovered and seized, including those labeled 'diazepam' and 'lyrica.'

Additionally, a search of the police officer's vehicle revealed four more blister packs of psychotropic drugs. The items found have been seized and sent for examination. According to currently available data from the investigation, the police officer personally sold the psychotropic pills to a man living in Gyumri at his sister's pharmacy. Operational-investigative measures aimed at clarifying the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
