Car Overturns on Etchmiadzin-Yerevan Road, Injuries Reported

On December 20, at 03:08 AM, the 911 service received information about a road accident on the Etchmiadzin-Yerevan highway. A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that a vehicle, an Opel Astra (driver: Gor M., born in 1978), had veered off the roadway on the right side of the 8th kilometer of the M-5 highway, overturned, and ended up in a nearby field.

The driver and a passenger, Arthur E. (born in 1973), were hospitalized at Astghik Medical Center in Yerevan, where doctors assessed their health condition as satisfactory. Rescuers managed to stabilize and disconnect the vehicle.
