We have crossed Baghdad: This was stated by the head of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations' meteorological service, Gagik Surenyans, on his Facebook page. He emphasized that as of 1:30 PM, the temperatures were as follows: +18 in Baghdad, +20 in Ijevan, +18 in Kapan, and +16 in Dilijan.
