Major Accident in Syunik: Car Transforms into Metal Scrap

On December 17, a major traffic accident occurred in the Syunik province. Around 21:20, Edward G., a 59-year-old resident of Kotayk province, collided with a GAZ 3110 vehicle driven by Gorik S., a 33-year-old resident of Ararat province, on the 229th km section of the Yerevan-Meghri highway.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, Gorik S. and his passenger, a 36-year-old resident of Ararat province named Virab E., were transported to the 'Goris' medical center with bodily injuries, and from there, they were transferred to hospitals in Yerevan with a severe stable diagnosis.

By the order of the investigator, the vehicles have been moved to the special storage area of the Goris police department.
