Fog in Goris, Black Ice on Vardenyats Pass. Most Roads Passable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of December 18 at 08:00, the roadways across the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable. However, there is black ice in some areas of the Vardenyats Pass.

In Goris, Syunik Province, fog is present.

According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepanstminda-Lars roadway is open to all types of vehicles.
