Rescuers Extinguish Fire in Herher Village

On December 17, at 15:31, the 911 emergency service reported a fire outbreak in the administrative area of Herher village in Vayots Dzor province. A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had ignited in the area known as 'Getahovit.' Grass and bushes were burning. The fire was contained by 17:10 and extinguished by 17:35. A total of 3 hectares of grass and bushes were burned.
