Minister of Emergency Situations on Road Conditions

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of December 17 at 08:30, the roads in the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable. In the Vardenyats Pass, there are areas with black ice.

Regarding the Larsi crossing, information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Emergency Situations Ministry of the Russian Federation's North Ossetia Coordination Center indicates that the Stepanatsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
