Annual Investment Forum to Strengthen Trade and Economic Relations Between Armenia and the UAE

In anticipation of the Annual Investment Forum scheduled to take place in Dubai in March 2020, a conference discussion was held. The Ambassador of the UAE to Armenia, Muhammad Isa Al Kathem Al Zaabi, noted that the 10th session of the Annual Investment Conference will be held from March 24-26, 2020, in Dubai under the high patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.

"This year, the conference will be held under the theme 'Investments in the Future: Prospects of Global Investment Policies.' It will serve as an excellent platform for investments, showcasing investment opportunities in various developing markets around the world," said the ambassador.

He emphasized the importance of Armenia and various Armenian companies' participation in this significant event to strengthen bilateral trade and economic relations, increase trade turnover, and advance the wheel of mutual investments.

Walid Fargal, Director of the Annual Investment Forum from the UAE, presented some data about the conference. "Around 400 people will speak at the conference, where issues of exchange between countries and business opportunities will be discussed. The Annual Investment Forum is a platform for organizations from different countries to present their vision. Here, they can showcase their major projects being implemented in their countries and the sectors they are interested in," Fargal noted.
