Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Visits Central Collection Point

On December 16, in connection with the commencement of the winter recruitment, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, visited the central collection point of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the information provided by the Ministry of Defense's Information and Public Relations Department, accompanied by responsible officials involved in the recruitment process, the Chief of the General Staff familiarized himself with the ongoing activities, visited the reception and acceptance point for recruits, medical examination rooms, clothing distribution areas, and the lottery hall. He also observed the conditions for organizing the recruitment at the collection point and the procedures for conducting medical examinations of the recruits.

Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan spoke with the enlistees and their parents, wishing peaceful service to the young individuals joining the ranks of the armed forces. He provided relevant instructions and recommendations to the leaders of the responsible units, urging them to do their utmost to ensure the proper conduct of the winter recruitment.
