Body of a Man Found Mutilated Near Moscow

In the Moscow region of the Russian Federation, a man's body has been discovered on the banks of the Ruza River, decapitated and missing his hands. This has been reported by RIA Novosti, citing the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

Law enforcement officials noted that on December 13, 2019, near the village of Shornovo in the Ruza municipal district, the body of an unknown man was found without his hands and head. His death is estimated to have occurred about five days prior. A criminal investigation has been opened under the article of murder.
