As of 23:00, There Are Impassable Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 23:00 on December 16, there are impassable roads in Armenia.

The Sotk-Karvachar road is open for all types of vehicles, while heavy trucks can only use it with chains.

There are patches of black ice in the Vardenyats Mountain Pass and along the Sotk-Karvachar road.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Emergency Ministry of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.
