New Barracks in Artsakh Set to Be Commissioned Soon
A new project aimed at improving the social and living conditions of servicemen will soon see the commissioning of this fully equipped barracks. Tigran Abrahamyan, the adviser to the President of the Republic of Artsakh on security issues, announced this on his Facebook page. According to him, the final touches on the furnishing are being completed.
