Nearly 900 Refugees Returned to Syria from Jordan and Lebanon in Recent Days
Nearly 900 Syrian refugees have returned to the Syrian Arab Republic from Jordan and Lebanon in recent days. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the Russian center for reconciliation of conflicting parties and monitoring of the movements of refugees.
“In the past day, 889 refugees returned to Syria from abroad, including from Lebanon (125 women, 213 children) and from Jordan (142 women, 241 children),” the statement said.
According to the center's data, the engineering units of the Syrian armed forces have cleared 1.8 hectares of land in one day, and specialists have destroyed 27 explosive devices.
