Higher Temperatures Expected Above Climate Norms: Gagik Surenyan

The head of the Meteorological Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "The map shown here illustrates the deviation of the average air temperature from the climate norms for the period from December 14 to 22, represented through color gradients. As you can see, during this time period, higher temperatures are forecasted across Europe, the European part of Russia, Asia Minor, the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Armenia, with expected deviations of 5-7 degrees above the climate norms, and in some areas, 8-10 degrees."
