As of 19:29, the Aparan-Talin road is impassable, snow and fog in the regions
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of December 13, at 19:29, there are impassable roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Sotk-Karvachar highway is open to all types of vehicles, while trucks can proceed using snow chains.
The Aparan-Talin road is impassable. There is black ice in places on the Vardenis Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar highway.
Snow is falling in the regions of Ararat and Kotayk, as well as in the towns of Jermuk in Vayots Dzor, Spitak in Lori, and Sevan in Gegharkunik.
Fog is present in the towns of Abovyan in Kotayk and Ashtarak in Aragatsotn.
According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
