Roads in Armenia Are Passable, Lars Is Open

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of December 12 at 08:30, the roads in the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable.

The Sotk-Karvachar highway is open for all types of vehicles; however, for trucks, the use of snow chains is required. There is black ice present in some places along the Sotk-Karvachar highway.

According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations North Ossetia's Crisis Management Center, the Stepanstind-Minda-Lars highway is open for all types of transport vehicles.
