Live: Government Agenda Includes 69 Items, 61 of Which Are Non-Reportable
The government of Armenia, led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, is holding its regular session today, December 12. The agenda includes 69 items, of which 61 are non-reportable.
The agenda covers, among other issues:
- Approval of the bill on the confiscation of property of unlawful origin and related legislative proposals;
- Appointment of Daniel Ioannisyan and Albert Stepanyan as members of the Public Council;
- Approval of a package of bills proposing amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia;
- Dissolution of the Gyumri House-Orphanage state non-commercial organization;
- Declaration of conscription for mandatory military service for the reserve officer corps in 2019 and other issues.
