«Hraparak»: If He Cannot Recall Four Lines from Tumanyan's Quatrains, He Is Capable of Nothing – Lawmaker on Minister

«Hraparak» newspaper reports: «We asked Gevorg Petrosyan why the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) has become more active lately but has not expressed a stance against the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (KGMKS) and does not participate in protests. Why? ‘That person is staging a protest against himself in that position. So why should we engage in a process he is creating himself? And it’s not like we are not doing anything. I have expressed my opinion on Facebook, perhaps a bit harshly, that he has no role in that ministry. If someone cannot recall four lines from Hovhannes Tumanyan's quatrains, then he is capable of nothing and cannot ‘remember’ anything’: it is said that the BHK has its eyes on the Yerevan mayor's chair. ‘There is no such thing – ever. According to the first article of the Constitution, Armenia is a social state, and the efforts that the state must make to improve the lives of the people are not being executed; it is completely inactive. And if there is a person whose personal authority they believe can develop the economy of Armenia, that person is Gagik Tsarukyan, who has declared that he does not aspire to any position, and the position he occupies is to fulfill the promises made to the people.’
