Alarm: This is a taxi receipt given to a German citizen arriving in Armenia

The head of the Comparative Studies Department at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, Suren Aghasy Manukyan, has posted on his Facebook page: “This is a receipt that was given to a German citizen arriving in Armenia for a taxi from Zvartnots Airport to Marriott: And the taxi driver is not just any random car, but one of the official airport taxis. I haven't used those taxis for a long time, but I believe this is not a matter of preference, but rather a topic for the Tax Service to address. I mention this to the Tourism Committee of the RA, so we can try to understand together what can be done, as I feel a complete 'Spanish shame' when you are not guilty of anything, but you feel terribly uncomfortable on behalf of someone else.

P.S. Addition: Since this story received significant attention, and I cannot physically respond to all of you, I would like to clarify in general. Today I met with a friend who told me about what happened with his German colleague and showed me the receipt. I trust my friend 100 percent. After all, what benefit would either of us have in raising this issue? Or what advantage does a German who came to Armenia for business gain by adding a zero on the receipt, as some people doubted in the comments? I have perceived this situation as a disgrace for our country and shared it. Journalists have contacted me, and I have given them my friend's contact information. If the German wants to speak on this topic, he will tell it himself; if not, let this be just an expression of my indignation that such a thing can happen.

It was also noted that this taxi service no longer exists. So, there are receipts somewhere that might be kept, and you don’t even know where and how they might be used later. Perhaps journalists will be able to clarify something. I also understand that it is unlikely that they will find that person; I didn't have that goal (that's why I removed the police tag). It was just a kind of call again that such things should not happen in our country. Unfortunately, they do occur, as several individuals confirmed in the comments that they have encountered similar cases.
