A Truly Historical Event: Ararat Mirzoyan
A truly historical event. The US Senate has adopted a resolution recognizing and condemning the Armenian Genocide. This was announced by the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, on his Facebook page.
The initiative for the resolution belongs to Senators Robert Menendez and Ted Cruz. This marks the first time a resolution recognizing the genocide has been adopted by the US Senate.
