Zodi Bridge Car Accident Case Could Take a Controversial Turn

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: The criminal case initiated due to the tragic car accident that occurred on the Zodi Bridge has been confirmed with an indictment and is now in court. We learned from the relatives of the victims that the first court hearing is scheduled for December 13 at 15:00 at the Artashat General Jurisdiction Court.

This case may take a controversial turn. The heirs of the victims are concerned that attempts are being made to mitigate the culpability of the driver of the "Toyota Hilux" that caused the accident. Notably, the driver’s legal representative is Seda Safaryan. Recall that, according to the indictment, the driver violated traffic safety rules, which negligently led to the deaths of 7 people and caused moderate to severe injuries to 4 others.
