On December 11, a working consultation was held at the Traffic Police, led by the head of the Traffic Police, Police Colonel Egor Karapetyan. The leadership and commanders of all Traffic Police subdivisions participated in the meeting.

Egor Karapetyan instructed all subdivisions of the Traffic Police to transition to increased service starting December 14. The aim is to ensure safe traffic in the republic during the pre-holiday and holiday days.

Traffic Police units will provide 24-hour service at nearly all intersections in the capital and on all roads throughout the republic.

Karapetyan ordered an uncompromising stance toward drivers who are intoxicated or who grossly violate traffic rules, emphasizing that leniency will not be shown in such cases.

Directions were given to the personnel of the Traffic Police's operational management center to ensure uninterrupted service during the holiday and pre-holiday periods and to respond to and guide all callers.

The leadership of the registration and examination subdivisions was urged to exclude any manifestations of corruption and to provide only high-quality service.

Traffic police officers at border crossing points were instructed to maintain the neatness of their uniforms and to be professional and courteous in their interactions with citizens.

The meeting also discussed other issues related to the service of the Traffic Police, legal and personnel policies.
