Citizen Posing as Social Worker Robs Elderly Man

On December 4, at 1:05 PM, the Arabkir division of the police received a report that on the same day, at 12:00 PM, an unidentified individual had presented themselves as a social service worker and entered the home of an 88-year-old man. Taking advantage of the situation where he was alone in the living room, the intruder stole 110,000 drams and 11,000 rubles from the cabinet.

Officers from the Arabkir division later identified the suspect as a 38-year-old resident of Armavir. He was apprehended by police on December 7 at 5:00 PM on Bashinjaghyan Street and has since been arrested and provided a confession. An investigation is underway.
