As of 23:00, Roads in Armenia are Mostly Passable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 23:00 on December 11, roads in Armenia are mostly passable.

The Sotk-Karvajar road is open for all types of vehicles, whereas trucks must use tire chains. There are areas of black ice on the Sotk-Karvajar road.

According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Ministry of Emergencies in North Ossetia, the Stepanitsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
