Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, has shared photos on Facebook, accompanied by the comment: “I feel that a new storm is coming today. We are going to 'study' the international protocol of 'first ladies’ knees.' These few photos, most of which are from state or official meetings, are my support for the studies.”
