10-Year-Old Boy Injured by Explosive Released from Hospital
10-year-old Garush Tarverdian was released from the hospital today. This was reported by Gevorg Derzhan, the spokesperson for the "Saint Astvatsamayr" Medical Center on his Facebook page.
"I want to remind everyone that due to the explosion of the explosive device, the boy's thumb and index finger's distal phalanges were amputated, while the middle finger was successfully preserved by doctors. The boy has decided that he will not only stop buying explosives, but he will also discourage his friends from doing so," he wrote.
Previously, it was reported that the 10-year-old had purchased an explosive and sustained injuries, resulting in the amputation of the first and second fingers of his right hand.
