Lawsuit Filed Against Head of National Assembly Staff

The Deputy Head of the Legal Expertise Department of the National Assembly of Armenia has filed a lawsuit against Tigran Galstyan, the Head-Secretary of the National Assembly staff.

The plaintiff demands that the court annul the order issued by the National Assembly on September 9, 2019, which resulted in the removal from the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Expertise Department. Furthermore, the lawsuit seeks to reclaim the difference in monetary compensation that the plaintiff would have received had they not been dismissed.
