In her year-end summary, Bathoyan noted that in addition to ongoing programs, social initiatives were launched aimed at supporting vulnerable groups and low-income families. "Certificates for the purchase of housing were provided to 300 graduates of orphanages, amounting to 6 million 300 thousand drams. Within the framework of this initiative, citizens receiving family benefits will have the opportunity to engage in animal husbandry.
