Residents of Lernantsq Receive New Apartments, Says Suren Papikyan
The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, has shared photos on his Facebook page, announcing that the residents of Lernantsq have received new apartments.
“Smiles rediscovered 31 years after the earthquake... The residents of Lernantsq have new apartments,” he wrote.
