The newspaper "Jamanak" reports exclusive details regarding the destroyed NSS documents from Tigran Barseghyan, the former head of the National Security Service's Division for Constitutional, Public Order, and Anti-Terrorism Operations, who was interrogated in relation to the case. He noted that these documents directly relate to the events of March 1.

"I have given testimony and revealed the March 1 case, uncovering completely the atrocities of Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan in that they deliberately led the people to slaughter," said Barseghyan. He explained that before the use of force at 6 a.m. on March 1, the former director of the NSS, Gorik Hakobyan, had instructed to create some grounds, but he refused and decided to carry out Serzh Sargsyan's orders in connection with using force, in collaboration with Robert Kocharyan.

It turns out that the grounds for using force in the NSS were created later, in April-May, by preparing documents. "Then, Gorik Hakobyan instructed me to prepare a letter retroactively based on those documents and send it to the police. We sent those to Hayk Harutyunyan," Barseghyan added. The originals of these documents, marked with the note "կՐպջՌՊպվՑց ՊՏսՏՋպվՏ," were kept in the NSS safe, and according to Barseghyan, these are the ones that were destroyed when he was no longer at the NSS.

"Either Kutoyan destroyed them, or Gorik Hakobyan did. It is possible that Kutoyan destroyed them at the instruction of Karapet Davtyan, or Gorik Hakobyan did not allow them to reach Karapet Davtyan," the general concluded. It has also been revealed that the duplicates that he had are now restored. He has announced his expected return to the NSS.
