VIDEO: The Mayor 'Gifted' His Received Tie to Sheikhs and Sheikhas
Member of the BHK faction of the Council, Armen Nersisyan, arrived at the council meeting with two ties, which caught the attention of Mayor Hayk Marutyan. “Did you come with two ties?” he remarked.
Nersisyan offered one of the ties to the mayor, to which Marutyan responded, “Allow me to gift the tie to the sheikhs and sheikhas.”
