The partizanal wars that people intend to carry out will be suffocated in their burrows. This announcement was made from the podium of the National Assembly by Tigran Karapetyan, a member of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense and Security and a deputy from the 'My Step' faction, in response to a letter circulated on behalf of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's (ARF) 'Nikola Aghbalyan' Student Union, stating that the ARF Central Committee has called for a meeting of the committees in Armenia and decided, among other issues, that the ARF should carry out partizanal strikes against the current authorities.

Karapetyan pointed out that the National Assembly's Committee on Defense and Security is aware of the situation and has several other pieces of information as well: 'To all forces, groups, and individuals who have even entertained the thought of taking actions against the legitimate authority of the Republic of Armenia that do not align with the Constitution and laws, if they end up dealing only with finger amputations in cases of corruption, the actions here will be combined—they will be thrown against the walls, they will be scattered, and so on. Let no one think of undertaking steps against the legitimate authority of the Republic of Armenia that do not comply with the laws and the Constitution.
