Photos: Ani Is Sad Despite All Efforts, Says Paylan
Turkey’s Armenian-origin parliament member Karo Paylan has visited Ani and Kars. He shared photos on his Facebook page, noting: "We visited Kars and the city of Ani. Ani is sad despite all efforts... The river that flows near the city has been turned into the Turkey-Armenia border. The border has been closed for 26 years... The day we rebuild that broken bridge will be a celebration for the city of Ani."
