Inspection of Sanitary Facilities at Gas Stations Leads to Administrative Case Closure and Internal Investigation
The Health and Labor Inspectorate continues to monitor the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the toilets installed at gas stations operating across the country. This was reported by the Inspectorate. The inspections are conducted regularly. Over the course of the year, the number of administrative cases initiated in this area has already exceeded 300.
During a recent inspection at one of the gas stations located on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, violations of sanitary norms were recorded in the toilet facilities. In November of this year, a decision was made to close the administrative case against this operator on the grounds of the absence of violations. However, since the latest inspection revealed issues, an internal investigation will be conducted against the employees of the Inspectorate who were involved in the inspection preceding the case closure and drafted the record indicating no violations at the toilet facilities.
