Alashkert Owner Bagrat Navoyan Suspended

The Football Federation of Armenia held its latest disciplinary committee meeting. According to the FFA press service, the owner of Alashkert, Bagrat Navoyan, has been suspended for one match. Additionally, his club has been fined 50,000 drams for approaching the referees and expressing vehement disagreement regarding certain actions after the First Division match between Urartu-2 and Alashkert-2.

The administrator of the Alashkert-2 team, Rafael Nadyan, has been suspended for 2 matches due to inappropriate behavior during the same game, and his club also received a fine of 50,000 drams.

However, the largest fines were imposed on the Van club, which competes in the First Division. It turned out that during the match between Van and Artsakh on December 3, the spectators repeatedly directed offensive expressions at the refereeing staff, while Van player Dzambolat Hatzayev, who was not registered for the game, stormed into the technical area from the stands and hurled insults at the referees. For these actions, the Van club was fined 50,000 and 100,000 drams respectively.

In the match between Aragats and Lokomotiv, the doctor of the Aragats team, Radik Ayvazyan, disagreed with the referees and insulted them. According to the FFA's Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, he has been suspended for 5 matches, and the Aragats football club has been fined 100,000 drams.

It is worth noting that during this meeting, the FFA disciplinary committee reviewed 33 cases.
