Video: Police Catch Burglar Inside the House

On December 4, detectives from the Tavush division of the police and community officers apprehended a 50-year-old man from Berd. He was found inside one of the private houses on Khorenatsi Street in Berd.

The Tavush division detectives received operational information that the 50-year-old man had entered someone else's house to commit theft. He had broken a window, entered the premises, and was rummaging through the belongings. However, he was unable to steal anything as the police caught and detained him.

The homeowner was invited to the police station. A report was taken from him. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident. The detained man has been presented to the investigating authority and has been arrested. The circumstances are under investigation.
