Iran's Special Services Arrest Individuals Who Planned to Blow Up University Dormitory

The Iranian Ministry of Intelligence has announced the arrest of a group of individuals who were planning an explosion at a university dormitory in Iran, according to Mehr news agency.

Agents discovered and apprehended members of a corrupt network that planned to set the dormitory in Tehran on fire. The dormitory belongs to the University of Science and Technology of Iran.

The individuals intended to trigger an explosion by damaging a gas pipeline in the kitchen of the dormitory. However, the plan was thwarted thanks to the vigilance of residents and the assistance of security personnel.
