VIDEO: Azerbaijani Woman Addresses Aliyev, Announces She is Migrating to Armenia
An ethnic Azerbaijani woman, Aysel Mustafaeva, a resident of Sumgayit, has addressed a video message to Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev, stating that she is planning to emigrate to Armenia due to the lack of justice and unbearable conditions in Azerbaijan.
“I don’t need help from anyone; I am informing you that I have purchased a ticket and will leave Azerbaijan on December 5 and move to Armenia,” Mustafaeva said.
She urged others not to consider her a traitor, explaining that it is not she who has betrayed the country, but rather the officials have betrayed her.
Earlier, the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Anna Naghdalyan, informed Interfax that ethnic Azerbaijanis, as well as citizens of Azerbaijan, can enter Armenia without any obstacles, while citizens of other countries, including those with Armenian surnames from Russia, face entry bans into Azerbaijan.
