Person Detained with Deputy Minister is President of Lokomotiv Football Club

According to Armtimes.com, the individual detained by the NSS along with the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Gevorg Loretsyan is Hrach Kananyan, the president of the Lokomotiv Football Club.

His name is associated with the Kelme and Jivova sports brands. Sources indicate that his relative works at the Armenian National Olympic Committee. Previously, when the Ministry of Education was located in the same building as the NOC, he worked with Loretsyan on the same floor.
