One of Gyumri's Shelters Closes
The doors are closed, and the area is only monitored by guards. The operations of Gyumri's number one shelter facility have been suspended. By a relevant government decision, the facility will no longer operate as a care institution. Fifteen residents have been transferred to Gyumri's number two shelter facility.
