Notification Regarding Dual Citizens

The Passport and Visa Department of the Police has issued a notification regarding dual citizens.  “If a person holds citizenship of another country in addition to Armenian citizenship, they can reside in the Republic of Armenia without any time limitations. This provision also applies to a person who, in addition to citizenship of another country, is legally considered an Armenian citizen but has not yet obtained an Armenian passport, as well as to one whose Armenian passport has expired.”
